The Gismondi 1754 jewels are characterized by a unique dynamic made of unexpected surprises that only a careful look can grasp.
The pendant design of the Paraggi collection is a perfect example.
The chain
Along the chain of diamonds, the drops of color provided by Sapphires and Emeralds entertain the eye of the observer with interesting dynamism.
Since the cut of the gems alternates between Goccia, Ovale and Marquise, the chromatic progression develops asymmetrically.
The green (G) of the Emerald and the blue (B) of the Sapphire "play" with each other in a dialogue made of continuous surprises.
On the one hand we have the following pattern: BGGBG while on the other: GBGBB.
The central part
The central part of the pendant has a symmetrical structure, but inside the precious stones are arranged following a pattern that is subtle and surprising, not obvious.
The terminal part
The terminal part of the pendant is made up of seven fringes, in which the symmetry is broken again. The pattern indicated with the number 2 is in a different position on the left than on the right, also the color stone also varies.
Pattern 3 is also not presented uniformly, in this case the color stone is the same, but on the left there is an additional diamond element.
